Product Description
High hardness: The hardness of tungsten steel can reach 82.0~93.6HRA, equivalent to 69~81HRC, which remains basically unchanged even at a temperature of 500 ºC, and still has a high hardness at 1000 ºC
High strength and toughness: Tungsten steel has good strength and toughness, and can withstand large impacts and loads
Wear resistance: Tungsten steel can still maintain excellent wear resistance in high temperature and high pressure environments, greatly extending the service life of tools
Heat resistance: Tungsten steel can maintain high hardness and stability at high temperatures, making it suitable for use in high-temperature environments
Corrosion resistance: Tungsten steel performs well in corrosive environments such as acid and alkali, and is not easily corroded
Tungsten steel is an alloy composed of tungsten, cobalt, and carbon. Its main component is tungsten, usually with a content of over 85%, cobalt content between 10% -20%, and carbon content between 0.5% -1.5%.
Ball Size: from 0.5mm to 75.0mm Special size customization is available,
Factory/manufacturer: Supplied from KN STEEL BALL, a professional producer in China with 20 years experiene.
Ball Material: Chrome steel AISI52100, Gcr15, 100CR6. Also could be stainless steel AISI316, AISI304, AISI420, AISI440 AISI440C, And carbon steel, high carbon steel, aluminium, titanium. price vary with different mateiral.
Chrome steel AISI52100 100Cr6 Gcr15
Bearing steel balls are hardened and tempered through their entire diameter to insure uniform structure and hardness. Ball hardness is controlled within a range of HRC 60 - 67 as measured on a parallel surface.

Stainless steel offer excellent corrosion resistance in organic, acid, industrial and marine environments. The non magnetic properties combined with exceptionally high toughness at all temperatures make these steels an excellent selection with many applications. AISI 316 stainless steel offers superior corrosion resistance due to the higher nickel and molybdenum content.
