Coarse grinding: Place the spherical billet into two concentric circular grinding discs with multiple sizes of the same size as the billet, add oil and coarse abrasive, and perform rough grinding. This step is to grind the billet into a preliminary spherical shape
Cleaning: After each rough grinding, it is necessary to clean the oil and coarse abrasive adhering to the surface of the ball
Fine grinding: Put the blank that has been roughly ground into the fine grinding machine, add low viscosity oil and fine abrasive, and perform fine grinding until it reaches the standard size
Polishing: The polishing process is similar to rough grinding and fine grinding, which makes the surface of the beads smooth through rotation and the action of abrasives
Punching: After the beads are fully formed, use a drill bit to drill holes on the beads. This step requires precise control of the position and force of the drill bit to ensure accurate hole positioning and prevent bead breakage
Dyeing and fixation: If colored beads are needed, they can be soaked in a container containing pigment after punching or dyed by other methods. After dyeing, place the beads into a glass tube and fix them in the tube with glue. They can be made into various accessories such as bracelets, necklaces, earrings, phone chains, etc
